| The Poncey-Highland Neighborhood Association is organized to bind together the Poncey-Highland neighborhood because we believe that our neighborhood is one of the finest areas in our city for urban living. We further affirm our strong belief in the ideal of self-government and believe that every resident of our neighborhood should be allowed the opportunity to participate in the decision-making and governing policies affecting the neighborhood. |

Meetings of the Poncey-Highland Neighborhood Association are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM at the Druid Hills Baptist Church, located on the corner of Ponce de Leon Avenue and North Highland Avenue. To vote on any issue that comes before the Neighborhood Association, members must have joined no later than 20 days before the vote takes place.
Any resident of the Poncey-Highland Neighborhood who is 18 years of age or older may join - doesn't matter if you rent or own a home. Membership expires on the last day of each year, regardless of when you join.
Poncey-Highland Neighborhood Association does not require a membership fee. However a voluntary contribution is encouraged for the ongoing efforts to improve the neighborhood and maintain quality of life. The money collected has been used for many neighborhood benefits such as; neighborhood events, web site, flyers, neighborhood name street sign toppers, Freedom Park Conservancy, Mary Lin Elementary, historic studies & designations, master planning efforts, to name a few.
