Poncey-Highland Neighborhood Association does not require a membership fee. However a voluntary contribution is encouraged for the ongoing efforts to improve the neighborhood and maintain quality of life.

Currently we ask each member for a minimal annual contribution of $30 per year and for businesses $60 per year. If you are contributing for the first time during our fall fund-raising efforts your contribution will count toward the upcoming calendar year.
